Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase at Love Bags Not Baggage! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

*Returns: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please email us at ilovebagsnotbaggage@gmail.com to start the process. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

*Cancellations: To cancel an order before it ships, please email us at ilovebagsnotbaggage@gmail.com as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, you may need to incur some cancellation fees. 

*Pre-order Items: For items on pre-order, cancellations are not accepted once your order has been confirmed, as we place orders with our suppliers on your behalf. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before ordering a pre-order item.
